Pioneer Construction?
Pioneer Construction design, fabricate and erect all types of commercial and industrial steel framed buildings from 6m to 36m clear span and up to 60m propped span, including high bay warehouses, commercial buildings, and multi-storey steel framed structures.
We operate on a national basis with projects undertaken throughout the UK.

With a dedicated design and detailing team, our own fabrication facilities and dedicated workforce, we can undertake all types of new build work, from supply only through to full turn key projects.
We benefit from our own design and build workforce that employs all the necessary trades required to undertake a full project from Foundation works to steelwork and through to Landscaping on projects up to £1milion pounds.
We don't contract out—95% of our work is carried out by our own labour, which means we are in complete control, and completely answerable to you and ensures that our workforce adopt a ‘quality first’ work ethic.

Working in partnership with the UK's leading insulated panel manufacturers, Ward Insulated Panels/Kingspan Group, Pioneer Construction can ensure that the latest products and techniques are used and that all the latest in building technology and design are utilized.
We use the very latest techniques in steel construction, and work alongside our clients on the design and construction of our steel framed buildings, ensuring a pro-active approach to fulfilling all our clients' requirements.
Health & Safety is paramount to our operation and our investment in our people benefits our clients. Our operatives are trained and certified in the following areas:
- Safety net rigging
- Plant operation
- CITB Health & Safety Testing
- CSCS Carded to prove occupation competence. CSCS's (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) main objectives are to 'get quality up, accidents down and cowboys out'.
