Pionner has enjoyed a busy first half to the year, and anticipates more of the same for the second half of 2010.

Rapiscan Systems, Biddulph – This turn key project is now complete and was successfully handed over to the client on time and on budget, photos will be added to the site soon

J Davidson, Altrincham – The main contract for the building shell has been completed, the client has now awarded us with the order for the fit out works which are currentlly underway

Bootle Containers, Bootle – The Refurbishment project has successfully been completed, the client and staff are delighted with the new working environment and the image that the company portrays is correctly that of a world class container manufacturer.  We have successfully obtained planning consent for phase 2 of the project which is a new structure linking to the existing buildings.  Works on phase 2 is due to commence imminently

Aflex Hose, Sowerby Bridge – Having successfully completed a major refurbishment of the main factory roof, our efforts have been rewarded with the order for a new steel framed building, linked to the main factory.  Work on this is underway and the cladding is currently being installed.

Bootle Containers – New Build / Refurbishment works as part of the companies ongoing development programme

J Davidson – New development for North West Metal Recycling company
