Brief
New Headquarters for leading Construction Equipment Specialists
The design
New steel framed building, with a twin skin insulated curved roof, Kingspan Insulated micro Rib flat panels to the vertical elevations of the office area and traditional built up insulated cladding to the remaining vertical elevations.
Pioneer Construction also installed the floor slab, mezzanine floor areas, both with power float finish, the doors, windows and glazed areas to provide a full building envelope for the clients internal fit out.
Health & Safety is paramount to our operation and our investment in our people benefits our clients. Our operatives are trained and certified in the following areas:
- Safety net rigging
- Plant operation
- CITB Health & Safety Testing
- CSCS Carded to prove occupation competence. CSCS's (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) main objectives are to 'get quality up, accidents down and cowboys out'.
