Brief
To design a building for the leading laundry company in the midlands. The building is to be modern, low maintenance and suitable for high humidity operations.
The design
To maximise the height we opted for a low pitch roof of 3 degrees. The roof panels on the project were a Kingspan KS1000 LP designed specifically for low pitched roofs, each panel was in one length (18.0m) from the ridge to eaves. Kingspan Longspan Panels were used for the wall cladding. The system removes the need for sheeting rails, the cladding panels span horizontally across each bay and fix directly to the steelwork.

- CSCS Carded to prove occupation competence. CSCS's (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) main objectives are to 'get quality up, accidents down and cowboys out'.
